Lisa Edelstein has been an American actress for over 20 years. She is most well-known for her part on House which airs on Fox. With a strictly Jewish upbringing the actress relocated from Wayne in the state of Wayne to New York City when she was just 18 years old to go to the Tisch School of Arts. But very soon she began to be involved in the city's club scene, and was able to make enough headlines to be seen by the media and simultaneously, she became aware of the devastation of AIDS. She utilised both her experience in the music industry and public recognition to create and star in a new musical, Positive Me. Awake to the Wild Side, a show that she hosted on MTV was soon her job. After the show was finished the actress went on to do film as well as TV productions. She started with small parts and established herself gradually as an actress.
