Kate Beckinsale

Kathrin Romany Beckinsale was born on the 26th of July 1973. She is an English actress, model and singer. Her debut on film came following a few small television parts. She was an Oxford University student when Much Ado About Nothing (1993). Beckinsale has appeared in British dramas like Cold Comfort Farm (1995), Emma (1996), Shooting Fish (1997), and The Golden Bowl ((2000). Beckinsale started film work in the United States in the late 1990s. After appearing in small-scale dramas The Last Days of Disco (1998) and Brokedown Palace (99), Beckinsale appeared in Pearl Harbor (2001), Serendipity (2002) and Tiptoes (2004). She followed those with starring roles in The Aviator (2004) and Click (2006). She became a household name in Hollywood by playing roles in The Aviator (2004) and Click (2006). Her roles in dramas such as Snow Angels (2007) or Nothing but the Truth (2008) and Everybody's Fine (2010) continue. She received positive reviews for her performance in the first two films. In 2016, she was awarded an acclaim from critics for her performance in the period comedy film Love & Friendship, for which she received a nomination for the Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Actress in a Comedic Film. She was back in action films with Jolt (2021). She was also a part of two TV series with Jolt (2021) and The Widow (202019).
